DELIVERY: Most items are built when ordered from material on-hand, tested, then shipped, all within 2 to 3 working days.

ONLINE ORDERS must be placed by first selecting requirements. Alternatively, ordering online by stock number is limited to items listed under "Popular Models". When we ship your order, we will list, and label your cables by stock number for ease of reordering. You may also print your Shopping Cart, then email, or fax it, if you prefer not to place an order online.

STANDARD DOCUMENTATION: The Packing List includes a C of C statement. Test Data, S11 (Return Loss/VSWR), is included for one unit per Item Number to evidence lot testing, and typical performance. Measured S21 (Insertion Loss) may also be provided except for straight “semi-rigid” cables >24-inches long. All cables are tested, however Test Data per each cable is available at time of order only, when indicated as “data” in the product description, or when listed as a separate line item.

RoHS COMPLIANCE: All items are minimum RoHS-5 compliant, (lead in solder only), and full RoHS (also lead free) if stated "RoHS" in the description.

SHIPPING: Shipping is additional, and is calculated and added to the order total at time of shipment. Only actual freight cost is added. There is no freight mark-up or handling charge. Buyers may alternatively specify a freight collect account.

TAX: California sales tax at the Buyer's local tax rate is added to any order shipping to a California address. Out-of-state, and foreign import taxes are not collected. If a California Buyer intends goods are for RESALE, and holds a valid CA resale number, please fax or e-mail your Resale Certificate immediately after placing an order, and tax totaled on the Web order will not be charged.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: RF COAX INC will repair or replace at our option, any RF cables that within 90 days of shipment exhibits defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to items exhibiting excessive wear, over-flexing, or other abuses including disassembly, nor does it apply to semi-rigid assemblies that have been formed after shipment. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Returns must be authorized by RF COAX INC.
